Born in Grasse, Philippe Buerch has built his career at the intersection of law, wealth structuring, finance, and strategic advisory. Deeply attached to the French Riviera—its territorial balance and international openness—he has, for more than thirty years, developed a practice grounded in legal certainty, responsibility, and a holistic understanding of entrepreneurial and patrimonial trajectories.

Trained in local government law, planning and development law, and later tax law, he further strengthened his background through studies at the École Supérieure de Banque in Paris and Sciences Po Paris. This legal and institutional foundation, combined with a fine grasp of economic and financial dynamics, underpins an advisory approach that is rigorous, cross-disciplinary, and decisively oriented toward effective decision-making.

Over the course of his career, he has developed a recognised expertise in supporting complex transactions, particularly in the areas of wealth structuring, investment, financing, and succession planning. Built in demanding environments, this experience has shaped a strong capacity for analysis and anticipation, well suited to high-stakes matters.

In 2018, he founded the Clarelis Group, bringing together legal professionals around a shared commitment to technical excellence, coherence, and quality of service. Building on this momentum, Everfair Law Firm—formerly Clarelis Avocats—now asserts its position as an independent firm dedicated to high-level legal and tax structuring.

Within this evolution, Philippe Buerch supports the development of the firm with a vision centred on openness, precision in advice, and the pursuit of sustainable solutions for a French and international client base.

Today, his work is particularly focused on investment, financing and refinancing, and asset structuring, often in complex or cross-border contexts. His career is guided by a consistent conviction: law only has meaning when it helps illuminate action, secure decisions, and anchor projects over the long term.
