Admitted to the Bar in 2006 following her studies at the University of Nice and the completion of the Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession (CAPA), Ms. Clara Léger Roustan developed an early and strong interest in highly technical matters with significant operational stakes. During her training at the Bar School, an internship with the Alpes-Maritimes Departmental Directorate of Territories and the Sea enabled her to work on cases involving criminal enforcement in the field of planning and development law, from both a regulatory and litigation perspective.

She subsequently joined Chirez & Associés, where she practised for several years as an associate. There, she deepened her expertise in real estate law and planning and development law—two areas that require a precise reading of statutes, strong litigation skills, and a practical understanding of on-the-ground realities.

Building on this experience, Ms. Clara Léger Roustan went on to establish her own practice. She developed a primarily litigation-focused activity, advising and representing clients in real estate law, planning and development law, criminal law, and family law. This breadth of practice reflects a consistent ability to handle sensitive matters, often involving significant patrimonial, personal, or strategic dimensions.

Over the years, she has also built a recognised practice in animal law, a field in which she has remained steadily engaged. This commitment notably led her, in a personal capacity, to serve as President of the Association for the Development of Animal Law, based in Nice.

Now President and Partner of Everfair Law Firm, Ms. Clara Léger Roustan continues to develop the firm's advisory and litigation activities. Her career reflects a practice grounded in precision, independence, tenacity, and a keen attention to the specificities of each matter.
